DINT CONDUCTS SECOND ROUND OF TARGETED PATROLS IN ROSEBURG

April 29, 2026 1:50 p.m.

The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team has conducted another round of targeted enforcement patrols in the City of Roseburg.

DINT Commander Lieutenant Nick Hansen said this enforcement is in response to community and business concerns that were brought to the Douglas County Board of Commissioners regarding criminal activity occurring in the community.

Hansen said DINT continues its primary focus on identifying and investigating high-level drug distributors in the county. The targeted patrols are in addition to DINT’s primary objectives and are in coordination with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the Roseburg Police Department. Hansen said funding was provided by the County Commissioners for this enforcement action to increase law enforcement effectiveness and so DINT can continue their primary objectives.

On Tuesday, DINT detectives conducted an afternoon of targeted enforcement related to retail theft occurring in Roseburg. As a result, DINT made two arrests for theft and additional drug crimes. Hansen said DINT is also actively seeking two additional individuals for theft. The pair arrested are 37-year-old Sean McCraw and 38-year-old Danielle Warner, both of Roseburg. Each was charged with second-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance- fentanyl. They were detained without bail.

All cases are being prosecuted by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office.

Hansen said DINT has the ability to blend into the environment and individuals who decide to engage in illegal activity are going to be arrested. Targeted enforcement efforts will remain ongoing.
