Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive from Washington State on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:15 a.m. officers contacted the 30-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, believing he had a warrant out of the Spokane Police Department. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody without incident and transported to corrections. He was detained without bail.
