In the KQEN Business Spotlight:
Con-Vey has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by Top Workplaces for Engineering.
A company release said this list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee management technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
Energage CEO Eric Rubino said, “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees”. Rubino said, “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends”.
The release said for Con-Vey, the recognition reflects decades of commitment to building not only innovative industrial automation solutions, but also a workplace culture rooted in ownership, curiosity and connection.
Con-Vey President Jeremy Goebel said, “this award is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our team”. Goebel said, “We’ve always believed that when you invest in people – when you listen, provide opportunities, and give them the tools to succeed – you build something stronger than a company. You build a culture that drives innovation and long-term success”.
Mechanical Engineering Manager Mike Mercker said, “Our engineers thrive when they’re challenged, trusted and supported”. Mercker said, “That culture translates into better collaboration, smarter solutions, and ultimately better outcomes for the industries we serve”.
