Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal trespass incident on Saturday.
An RPD report said at 7:25 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old after witnessing him walking on the railroad tracks near the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. The man was taken into custody without incident. During the arrest, officers allegedly located 0.79 grams of suspected methamphetamine on the man’s person.
He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and for a probation violation. The man was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $1,250.
