Roseburg Police cited a man for public urination on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 50-year-old was contacted in his tent at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The tent was set up between the baseball fields and the South Umpqua River. Camping is never allowed at this location due to its proximity to both the river and the fields. While an officer posted the man’s camp for cleanup, he exited the tent and urinated next to it.
