Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. a victim and a 25-year-old suspect were involved in a verbal disturbance in their shared apartment in the 400 block of Northeast West Avenue. The man reportedly punched the victim’s television and broke it. He was willing to leave the residence. The man was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and was then released.
