Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant and other charges on Monday morning.
An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at the intersection of Southeast Washington Avenue and Southeast Pine Street. The driver had no license or identification. He was eventually identified as a 38-year-old and was taken into custody. Dispatch confirmed that there was a valid warrant for his arrest and advised that his license was suspended.
The man was cited for failure to carry and present, driving uninsured, driving while suspended, failure of a previous violator to file and for the warrant. He was taken into custody but then was cited and released.
