Roseburg Police cited a man for a parole violation on Monday.

An RPD report said shortly after 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old in the 300 block of Northeast Winchester Street knowing that he was absconding. A detainer was issued. The man was taken into custody without incident and was booked and released from corrections, due to medical issues.
