Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. the 40-year-old was found sleeping in the doorway of a restaurant in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He had a sleeping pad and blankets in front of the doorway. He was released after the citation was issued and was issued his first city exclusion warning as well.
