Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. officers found the 34-year-old in front of a store in the 3000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway with two open cans of beer. A detainer was authorized for violating the stipulations of his parole. The man was taken into custody and held without bail.
