Roseburg Police cited a man for a reported trespass incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. the 49-year-old was found camping on the sidewalk near an apartment building in the 700 block of Southeast Cass Avenue. He was a downtown exclusion violator on his third warning. The man was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and for prohibited camping. He was released due to medical concerns.
