Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:00 a.m. officers witnessed a male riding a mini-bike heading southbound on Northeast Stephens Street near the intersection with Northeast Edenbower Boulevard. The man was stopped for operating a non-street legal vehicle. \

The 41-year-old suspect had a criminally suspended driver license. He was released after the citation was issued.
