A vehicle hydroplaned and crashed on Interstate Five on Friday night.

An Oregon State Police report said at 8:20 p.m. troopers responded to the single-vehicle accident in the northbound lanes of the freeway near the Edenbower Boulevard milepost 126 interchange in north Roseburg. The large SUV left the roadway and struck a fence, damaging ten posts and the fence. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

The report said the driver, an Irving, California man, was issued a citation for driving too fast for conditions.
