Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass and harassment incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 4:00 p.m. officers contacted 45-year-old Joshua Phegley at a business in the 200 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers took Phegley into custody without incident. Officers learned that the man had been previously arrested for trespassing at the business complex. He was initially charged with second-degree criminal trespass. and harassment.

While in custody, officers learned the man had several warrants for his arrest. They were confirmed. Bail was set at $63,750.
