Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported trespass incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 12:30 p.m. 43-year-old Andrew Atterbury returned to a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after being trespassed multiple times. Officers told Atterbury that he was under arrest and as officers were placing him in the patrol vehicle, he reportedly kicked an officer multiple times. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree escape and harassment. Atterbury was detained on $10,000 bail.
