Sutherlin Police jailed a man for violation of a no contact order on Thursday.

An SPD report said shortly after 10:00 p.m. officers saw the 27-year-old in the 1300 block of West Central Avenue. He was allegedly with a female known to SPD. It was found that he is restricted from having contact with the woman due a Roseburg Municipal Court no contact order. The man was taken into custody and was detained without bail.
