Roseburg Police cited a woman following a reported theft incident on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 8:40 p.m. officers contacted the 66-year-old in the 2400 block of West Harvard Avenue regarding an ongoing RPD investigation. The woman was reportedly seen on security footage stealing clothing items valued at approximately $40 from the business, which is a laundromat. The woman was cited for third-degree theft and then was released.
