Myrtle Creek Police jailed a fugitive on Thursday night.

An MCPD report said just before 9:00 p.m. an officer observed the 56-year-old Tri-City man walking away from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Hill Street, and knew the man had a warrant for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed the warrant and the suspect was taken into custody. He was detained without bail.
