Roseburg Police cited a man following the alleged theft of food and wine on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 48-year-old at a store in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, after he had been detained by asset protection employees. The man admitted to the theft and was cited and released for third-degree theft, on the scene per the employee’s request.
