Sutherlin Police jailed a man for a misdemeanor warrant on Tuesday night.

An SPD report said at 10:40 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old in the 300 block of Church Road, due to him being in the park after dusk. It was found that the man had the warrant. He was taken into custody and transported to jail.  Bail was set at $12,500.
