Roseburg Police cited three people for walking on the railroad tracks on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said just after 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the group at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, after watching them walk on the railroad tracks for about 100 yards. All were cited for first-degree criminal trespass, in lieu of custody.
