Roseburg Police cited a man on a drug charge on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. officer observed the 30-year-old who appeared to be starting to use illicit drugs in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street. The suspect reportedly had obvious paraphernalia in his hand. He was found to be in possession of a user amount of fentanyl.

The man was cited for unlawful possession of a Schedule II-controlled substance. He was released after the citation was issued.
