The Roseburg City Council will hold a special meeting Monday night at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Larry Rich will lead a discussion about recruiting a new city manager. That comes following the announcement that City Manager Nikki Messenger plans to retire at the end of June.

No public participation is scheduled for the meeting. It will be held in the city council chambers on Southeast Douglas Avenue. The meeting can be seen on the city’s Facebook place or viewed later at https://roseburgor.gov/
