Two people reported missing were directed back to their vehicle on Wednesday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 9:00 p.m. a California woman and her friend had gotten lost in the area of Umpqua Hot Springs. While enroute to the location, a deputy was able to provide directions which allowed the pair to return to where they had started.

No further information was provided by DCSO.
