Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. the 34-year-old allegedly refused to leave a business in the 1600 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man’s behavior was an ongoing issue, and he had been trespassed from the property previously. His parole officer wanted him detained for the new crime.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and a parole violation. Bail was set at $1,250. The man was released later in the day.
