Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. a 52-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were found camping inside the dugout of the T-ball fields at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The pair had created a makeshift shelter out of cardboard within the dugout.

Both people were released after their citations were issued.
