Roseburg Police cited a man following a reported trespass incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 6:00 a.m. 68-year-old Mark Pomatto was found inside of an apartment complex in the 800 block of Southeast Rose Street, after he allegedly broke a window to gain access to the building. Officers learned that Pomatto reportedly removed an item from a nearby truck bed and used it to break the window. The man was cited and released at CHI Mercy Medical Center due to health issues. Pomatto was also issued his first city exclusion warning.
