TWO VEHICLE CRASH DURING MORNING COMMUTE SLOWS TRAFFIC

Roseburg Police dealt with a two-vehicle crash which slowed traffic during the morning commute on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 7:50 a.m. officers responded near the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Southeast Fowler Street. After an investigation, it was determined that a Jeep had rear-ended an SUV, while the second vehicle was stopped in traffic. No one was injured. The 22-year-old male driver who caused the wreck was cited for following too closely.
