ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED TRESPASS INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for reported trespass incidents early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:10 a.m. officers arrested 52-year-old Michael Rushing after he allegedly trespassed in two separate backyards in the 1600 block of Northwest Lemans Street. Rushing’s parole officer also detained him for violating his parole.

The man was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation. Bail was set at $2,500.
