Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Thursday evening.

An RPD report said at 6:45 p.m. 43-year-old Franklin Nolan allegedly started a physical fight at an establishment in the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street. Nolan reportedly took a victim’s phone from him and threw it into the street. The suspect had been trespassed from the business a day earlier. During the fight, Nolan allegedly scratched the victim in the face.

He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct, and with harassment. Bail was set at $6,250.
