Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 46-year-old was contacted at a camp near Templin Beach, in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Drive. It was in violation of time, place, and manner restrictions. When contacted, the woman packed up her tent and began the process of moving. She was released after a citation was issued.
