Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree theft on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers received information about a stolen wallet at a business in the 3100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. Officers reviewed video footage and the 57-year-old was allegedly seen taking the wallet. The man was contacted in his room and admitted to the theft. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to corrections. Due to medical reasons, the man was not able to be lodged.
