A Roseburg man was jailed on Sunday afternoon for 14 counts of a restraining order violation by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
A DCSO report said at 4:30 p.m. a caller indicated that 38-year-old Joshua Cetina was at a residence in the 400 block of Longview Drive in Elkton, which he is restrained from. Deputies responded and Cetina was already gone. A K9 did an area search and but deputies had to leads to track.
The victim showed the deputy 13 voicemails from the last few days of Cetina allegedly calling the victim’s landline phone. Cetina was contacted at a shelter in Roseburg by other deputies and detained. During an interview, the suspect admitted to everything he was accused of. Cetina said he thought the restraining order had been dropped.
He was transported to corrections. Cetina was detained on $70,000 bail.
