Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:50 a.m. officers located the 38-year-old camping within ten feet of the sidewalk in the 400 feet of Northeast Stephens Street. This was outside of the allotted area. The man was issued a criminal citation for the offense and was released on the scene.
