Roseburg Police jailed a man for warrants on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 1:00 p.m. officers contacted the 38-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was found to have two warrants for his arrest. The suspect admitted to having a user amount of fentanyl in his pocket. The warrants were confirmed and the man was taken into custody. Officers located the drug in his pockets.

The man was detained without bail. He was cited for unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance.
