Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended and driving uninsured on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 4:50 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old after watching him drive in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. His license was confirmed to be suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was issued citations. The man’s vehicle was parked at a business and remained there while a valid driver was enroute.
