PLANT SLANT COOKING CLASS HAPPENING MONDAY EVENING

Food as Medicine Oregon is hosting a Plant Slant based cooking class on Monday evening.

Presenters will share information about the power of the Instant Pot to transform everyday ingredients into nourishing, flavorful classics. In this free class, participants will learn practical techniques for maximizing a versatile kitchen tool while exploring nutrition concepts that support lasting health. Explore building a deep flavor with nutrient-dense foods while crafting a meal to fit any schedule. Attendees should come ready to learn, try samples, and leave inspired to create a number of favorful classic dishes at home.
