Oregon State Police arrested a Eugene man early Thursday morning.

An OSP report said at approximately 12:45 a.m. troopers responded after a caller said there was a suspicious person at the Roseburg OSP office near the intersection of Highway 99N and Del Rio Road, north of Roseburg.

The subject was found on Highway 99 just south of Del Rio Road. The 56-year-old was found to have an active warrant out of Douglas County. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections. The man was detained without bail.
