The Umpqua Valley Homebuilders Association is having the 2026 Home & Garden Show Friday through Sunday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

The event will include booths in the Community Conference Hall and Douglas Hall – and displays outside the facility as well. Over 100 vendors will have information on all kinds of topics for improving homes and yards. Local professionals will have a full schedule of presentations covering:

*Landscaping tips and tricks

*Fruit tree pruning

*Composting and vermiculture

*Soil testing and fertilizer

*Home design and energy savings

Food and local brews will be available, along with door prizes.

The show is open on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is $8 or $5 with two cans of food for the United Community Action Network foodbank. Admission will be free on Sunday, sponsored by Buck’s Sanitary Services.
