Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering and second-degree criminal trespass on Tuesday morning.
An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 55-year-old was found under an overhang of a building in the 400 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was allegedly leaning against the main doors, directly under a No Trespassing sign. He reportedly had spilled food all over the ground with his belongings strewn all around him.
The man was released after the citations were issued. He was also issued his first city exclusion warning.
