An RPD report said just after 1:05 p.m. officers responded to the 700 block of Northeast Newton Creek Road after a caller said the man had thrown a rock through the victim’s windshield. Video footage and statements matched the initial claims, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
The man’s probation officer was contacted and a detainer was issued. 52-year-old Jerimey Williams was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, recklessly endangering another person and the probation violation. Bail was set at $12,500.
