Roseburg Police jailed a man for offensive littering on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 10:15 a.m. the 59-year-old was called in for allegedly littering in the downtown parking structure in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street. Officers contacted him and found that he had trash and food scraps scattered over a large area.

The man was taken into custody. He was also issued his third City Exclusion notice.
