The City of Winston Public Works Department will soon be conducting emergency sewer mainline replacement that will restrict access to Bi-Mart’s main entrance and access to Northwest Cary Street, off of Northwest Douglas Boulevard. Detours will be in place.

Information from city staff said access to Bi-Mart will be detoured to Northwest Civil Bend Avenue, while access to Northwest Cary Street, from Douglas Boulevard, will be detoured to Northwest Brantley Drive.

Pipe-bursting of 310 feet of sewer mainline will begin on Monday, February 23rd and take approximately two weeks to complete.
