Roseburg Police cited a man for a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. officers stopped a motorcycle in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street after observing the motorcycle being ridden on the bike path. Dispatch confirmed that the 49’year-old’s driving status was suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was cited and released without incident. The motorcycle was pushed away from the scene.
