Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged criminal trespass incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. the 49-year-old returned to the Garden Valley Shopping Center in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, after being trespassed multiple times by property management and officers.

The suspect reportedly refused to leave the property and the police were called. The man was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
