Roseburg Police jailed a man Friday on the charge of harassment -sexual offense for an alleged prior incident.

An RPD report said on February 3rd, the 22-year-old from Myrtle Creek followed a victim throughout a store in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and brushed up against her in an empty aisle. The suspect reportedly circled back and intentionally brushed against the victim a second time and groped her.

The suspect was arrested at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. He was detained on $6,250 bail and was released later in the day.
