Roseburg Police jailed a man for the prior theft of tequila on Thursday.

An RPD report said the 48-year-old reportedly stole a $60 bottle of tequila from a liquor store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street on January 28th. He was contacted Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. and admitted to the theft.

The man was charged with third-degree theft and parole violation. Bail was set at $1,250.
