Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged theft case on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:10 p.m. officers contacted 42-year-old Travis Vanvlack after he was established as a suspect in a previous case involving he and another male allegedly stealing $1,245 of merchandise from a store in the 3300 block of Northwest Aviation Drive.

Vanvlack was charged with two counts of first-degree theft and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
