A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect through 11:00 a.m. Thursday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford said visibility of one quarter mile or less in dense fog is expected.

The Advisory area includes central Douglas County, eastern Curry County and Josephine County. It applies to Roseburg, Grants Pass, Cave Junction, Rogue River and surrounding areas.

Forecasters said low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Some areas are near or below freezing. Drivers should use caution as roads could be slippery.
