ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old after he returned to a residence in the 500 block of West Agee Street despite having been trespassed just days prior. The man complied with the arresting process and was transported to corrections when he reportedly became extremely agitated and began to kick the door and window of a patrol vehicle.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $5,000.
